Booking
How do I book a cricket turf on TurfGameDen?+
Visit turfgameden.com, browse turfs in your city, pick a date and available time slot, pay securely via Razorpay (UPI, card, net banking), and receive instant booking confirmation on screen and via email.
What is the minimum booking duration?+
Our booking system works in 30-minute slots. This means you can book as little as 30 minutes, or select multiple consecutive 30-minute slots for longer sessions. Prices are automatically calculated based on the turf's hourly rate divided into 30-minute intervals.
Can I book multiple slots in one go?+
Yes. Select multiple consecutive 30-minute slots on the booking page. The total price is calculated automatically based on your selected slots and applicable day/night rates. For example, selecting 4 slots gives you 2 hours of play.
How far in advance can I book?+
You can book up to 7 days in advance. Slots are shown in real-time — available slots are shown in green, booked or locked slots are shown in grey.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?+
Yes. You get an instant on-screen booking ticket and a confirmation email with your booking ID, turf name, date, time slots, and payment details.
Can I book a turf for a corporate or group event?+
Yes. TurfGameDen supports multi-slot bookings for corporate cricket events, tournaments, and group matches. Simply select multiple consecutive 30-minute slots during checkout.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?+
TurfGameDen accepts all major payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and wallets.
Can I pay an advance and pay the rest at the ground?+
Yes. Choose the "Advance Pay" option at checkout to pay 50% online and settle the remaining 50% balance directly at the turf before your match.
What is the service charge?+
A small 2% service charge is applied on the base booking amount to cover payment gateway costs. This charge is non-refundable.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. TurfGameDen never stores your card details.
Cancellations & Refunds
What is the cancellation policy?+
You can cancel a confirmed booking from your dashboard. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the slot receive a full 100% refund on the base amount. Cancellations 7–24 hours before receive 50%. No refund within 7 hours of the slot. The platform service charge is non-refundable.
How long does a refund take?+
If you paid using Razorpay, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method, which typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Is the service charge refunded on cancellation?+
No. The 2% service charge is non-refundable in all cases.
Are advance payments refundable?+
Advance payments (50% deposits) are non-refundable upon cancellation, regardless of timing. Only full-payment bookings qualify for the time-based refund policy: 100% refund if cancelled >24 hours before the slot, 50% refund if cancelled 7–24 hours before.
What if the turf owner cancels my booking?+
If the turf owner cancels your booking, you receive a 100% full refund including the service charge.
Locations & Turfs
Which cities does TurfGameDen cover?+
TurfGameDen currently covers Gobichettipalayam (Gobi), Sathyamangalam (Sathy), Erode, and Tiruppur in Tamil Nadu. New cities are being added regularly.
Are the turfs verified?+
Yes. Every turf is personally verified by our team before listing. We check for quality pitches, floodlights, safety, and the listed amenities.
How do I get directions to the turf?+
Every turf page has a "Direction" button that opens Google Maps navigation directly to the ground.
Turf Owners
How do I list my turf on TurfGameDen?+
Turf owners can submit a registration request from the TurfGameDen website. Our team reviews the application and contacts you within 48 hours to complete onboarding.
How do I manage bookings as a turf owner?+
Approved turf owners get access to a dedicated owner dashboard where they can view all bookings, manage slot availability, block dates, create walk-in bookings, and export reports.
Is there a fee for listing my turf?+
Listing is free. TurfGameDen charges a small service fee per booking, deducted automatically. Contact us at turfgameden@gmail.com for current partner rates.
App & Account
Is TurfGameDen available as a mobile app?+
TurfGameDen is transitioning to a native mobile experience. Our official Android app is coming soon to the Google Play Store. Stay tuned for the launch!
Can I sign in with Google?+
Yes. TurfGameDen supports Google Sign-In for quick and secure login on both mobile and desktop.
How do I reset my password?+
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". Enter your registered email and we will send you a 6-digit OTP to reset your password.
