Yes. Select multiple consecutive time slots on the booking page. The total price is calculated automatically based on your selected slots and applicable day/night rates.

You can book up to 7 days in advance. Slots are shown in real-time — available slots are shown in green, booked or locked slots are shown in grey.

Yes. You get an instant on-screen booking ticket and a confirmation email with your booking ID, turf name, date, time slots, and payment details.

Yes. TurfGameDen supports multi-slot bookings for corporate cricket events, tournaments, and group matches. Simply select multiple consecutive slots during checkout.

TurfGameDen accepts all major payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and wallets.

Yes. Choose the "Advance Pay" option at checkout to pay 50% online and settle the remaining 50% balance directly at the turf before your match.

A small 2% service charge is applied on the base booking amount to cover payment gateway costs. This charge is non-refundable.

Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. TurfGameDen never stores your card details.

You can cancel a confirmed booking from your dashboard. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the slot receive a 50% refund on the base amount. Cancellations 7–24 hours before receive 25%. No refund within 7 hours of the slot.

Refunds are initiated immediately after cancellation and typically reflect in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

No. The 2% service charge is non-refundable in all cases.

Advance payments (50% deposits) are non-refundable upon cancellation. Only full-payment bookings qualify for the time-based refund policy.

If the turf owner cancels your booking, you receive a 100% full refund including the service charge.

TurfGameDen currently covers Gobichettipalayam (Gobi), Sathyamangalam (Sathy), Erode, and Tiruppur in Tamil Nadu. New cities are being added regularly.

Yes. Every turf is personally verified by our team before listing. We check for quality pitches, floodlights, safety, and the listed amenities.

Every turf page has a "Direction" button that opens Google Maps navigation directly to the ground.

Turf owners can submit a registration request from the TurfGameDen website. Our team reviews the application and contacts you within 48 hours to complete onboarding.

Approved turf owners get access to a dedicated owner dashboard where they can view all bookings, manage slot availability, block dates, create walk-in bookings, and export reports.

Listing is free. TurfGameDen charges a small service fee per booking, deducted automatically. Contact us at turfgameden@gmail.com for current partner rates.

TurfGameDen is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On your mobile browser, open turfgameden.com and tap "Add to Home Screen" to install it like a native app — no download from Play Store or App Store needed.

Yes. TurfGameDen supports Google Sign-In for quick and secure login on both mobile and desktop.
