Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the User
- Users may cancel a confirmed booking from their Dashboard > My Bookings section.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booked slot start time are eligible for a full refund (100%) of the base amount paid online.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 24 hours before the slot are eligible for a 50% refund of the base amount.
- Cancellations made 7 hours or less before the slot are non-refundable.
- Advance payments (50% deposits) are non-refundable under all circumstances regardless of timing.
- The platform service charge (convenience fee) is non-refundable in all cases.
2. Cancellation by the Turf Owner
- If a turf owner cancels your booking due to maintenance, weather, or other unforeseen reasons, you will receive a full refund regardless of timing.
- You will be notified of the cancellation via email and/or push notification.
3. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds are initiated automatically once a cancellation is confirmed.
- The refunded amount is credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) via our payment partner Razorpay.
- The platform service charge (convenience fee) is non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by TurfGameDen or the turf owner.
4. Refund Timeline

Timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and may occasionally take longer.
5. Failed or Incomplete Transactions
- If a payment is debited from your account but the booking is not confirmed (due to a network failure or timeout), Razorpay will automatically reverse the transaction within 3 – 5 business days.
- If the amount is not reversed within 7 business days, please contact us at turfgameden@gmail.com with your payment reference or transaction ID.
6. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for a confirmed booking without cancelling in advance, the booking amount is non-refundable. We encourage users to cancel as early as possible so the slot can be made available to other players.
7. Disputes
For any refund-related disputes, please write to turfgameden@gmail.com with your booking ID, payment reference, and a brief description. We aim to resolve all disputes within 48 hours.
8. Changes to This Policy
TurfGameDen reserves the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
