1. Introduction

Welcome to TurfGameDen. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TurfGameDen website (turfgameden.com), mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• “User” / “Player” — Any person who registers on or uses the Platform to browse, search, or book turf slots.
• “Turf Owner” — Any business or individual who lists a cricket turf or sports venue on TurfGameDen.
• “Booking” — A confirmed reservation of one or more time slots at a listed turf.
• “Service Charge” — A convenience/platform fee applied on each booking.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

• You may register using an email/password combination or via Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile updated.
• TurfGameDen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to real-time slot availability. A slot is reserved only after successful payment.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner Razorpay. TurfGameDen does not store your complete payment credentials.
• The total payable amount includes the turf's hourly rate multiplied by the number of booked slots, plus an applicable service charge.
• Users may choose between Full Payment or Advance Payment (where supported by the turf owner). The remaining balance for advance-pay bookings must be settled directly at the venue.
• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed information on cancellation windows, refund eligibility, and processing timelines.

7. User Responsibilities

• Arrive at the turf on time for your booked slot. Late arrivals do not entitle you to extended play time.
• Follow the rules, safety guidelines, and code of conduct established by the turf owner at their premises.
• Do not engage in abusive, harmful, or disruptive behaviour on the Platform or at turf venues.
• Do not misuse the booking system (e.g., repeated bookings and cancellations, creating multiple accounts to exploit offers).

8. Turf Owner Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date listing information (pricing, amenities, images, operating hours).
• Honour confirmed bookings and provide the facilities as described.
• Notify TurfGameDen promptly of any closures, maintenance schedules, or unavailability.

9. Reviews & Ratings

• Users may leave reviews and ratings for turfs they have booked.
• Reviews must be honest, relevant, and free of abusive or defamatory language.
• TurfGameDen reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on TurfGameDen — including logos, text, images, UI design, and source code — is the property of TurfGameDen or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

• TurfGameDen acts as an aggregator platform connecting players with turf owners. We do not own, operate, or manage the listed turfs.
• We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss of personal property, or disputes that occur at the turf venue.
• We are not responsible for the quality, condition, or safety of any turf listed on the Platform.
• In no event shall TurfGameDen's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TurfGameDen, its developers, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.

15. Modifications

TurfGameDen reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
