• Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and referral source.
• Location Data: Approximate location (city-level) from your IP, or precise GPS coordinates only when you explicitly tap the “Near Me” button.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand usage patterns.

2.3 Payment Information

Payment details (card numbers, UPI IDs, bank credentials) are collected and processed exclusively by our payment partner Razorpay. TurfGameDen does not store your full payment credentials on our servers.

• Turf Owners: We share your name and phone number with the turf owner for the bookings you make.
• Razorpay: Payment data is securely shared with Razorpay for transaction processing.
• Analytics Providers: Anonymised usage data may be shared with Google Analytics.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or court order.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).

• Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel only.

11. Android Application & Mobile Data

11.1 Data Collected via the Android App

The TurfGameDen Android app (Package: com.turfgameden.app) is a Trusted Web Activity (TWA) that loads our website. The following additional data may be collected on the app:

• Precise Location: When you use the “Near Me” feature, the app uses Android's native location delegation to access your GPS location. This is used only to display nearby turfs and is never stored on our servers.
• Push Notifications: With your permission, the app sends booking confirmations, reminders, and slot alerts via push notifications. You can disable these at any time in Android Settings > Apps > TurfGameDen > Notifications.
• Device Identifiers: An anonymous push token (via VAPID Web Push) is stored to deliver notifications. This is not linked to your personal identity.

11.2 Permissions Used

• ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Used only when “Near Me” search is activated. Never active in the background.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to send booking reminders and real-time slot alerts. Requires explicit user consent on Android 13+.

11.3 Play Store Data Safety

As disclosed in our Google Play Data Safety declaration, we collect Personal Info (Name, Email, Phone), Financial Info (Booking history via Razorpay), and Location (on demand only). We do not share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.
