Can I pay an advance to secure my slot?+
Yes. Choose "Advance Pay" at checkout to pay 50% online via Razorpay and settle the balance directly at the turf before your match starts.
Are there any hidden charges?+
No hidden charges. A 2% service charge is clearly displayed before payment. The total amount shown at checkout is what you pay.
What happens if I cancel my booking?+
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the slot get a full 100% refund of the base amount. Cancellations 7–24 hours before get 50%. Within 7 hours — no refund. Service charge is non-refundable.
